Millions of college students across the country are paying college tuition with no refund during covid-19 and have been forced to endure closed residence halls, cancelled events, online learning in place of in-class courses. They also don’t have access to labs, cafeterias and often their own belongings as dormitories shutdown in a rush response to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Many schools offer remote or online learning as their primary educational platform. However, if you have paid for a personal in-person experience where the student can no longer get this experience, please contact us. Some schools that use online education such as Western Governors University, Southern New Hampshire University, University of Phoenix-Arizona are priced differently than on-campus schools.

The latest lawsuits have been filed against Boston University, Brown University, George Washington University and Vanderbilt, where students and parents sued their universities. The class-action lawsuit against Duke has been brought by a full time Duke student and Minnesota resident, referred to in the complaint anonymously as John Doe. The case was filed May 8, 2020, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and accuses the university of breach of contract, unjust enrichment and conversion.
