FieldTurf False Advertising
FieldTurf was advertised to have a 20-25 year life expectancy, and warrantied that it “won’t fade or fall apart and that it will look great for years to come.”
This lawsuit is based on the false advertising practices by Heavenly Greens and FieldTurf making claims about the duration of the product when many installations failed, causing the grass to split and crack and appearing to “lay down” instead of standing straight up as it was designed.
